Mr. Herbert is a general practice civil attorney specializing in small business concerns, bankruptcy, real estate, and probate law. Consultations are scheduled with your convenience in mind and can be arranged over the phone, online, or in person, according to your preference. A long-time resident of Brevard County; and alumnus of Melbourne High School and the University of Florida, Mr. Herbert is dedicated to preserving the innovation, commercial vitality, and quality of life that have become synonymous with this area.  He counsels individuals in the protection of their interests, assets, and enterprises.

Outside the office, Mr. Herbert is a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Melbourne (the chairman term ended in autumn, 2019); he is a member of the School Advisory Council at Croton Elementary and is also involved with other civic and professional associations that champion service, stewardship, and excellence.
